Carroll Foster

Carroll W. Foster is a graduate of The University of Georgia, Masters of Clinical Social Work and Tennessee State University, BS in Psychology. Mrs. Foster is a dually Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the States of Georgia and South Carolina and also holds credentials as a Masters Addiction Counselor. Mrs. Foster has served the Low Country, SC and Augusta, GA area in various medical, mental health, and integrated care roles. Carroll has a deep passion for increasing diversity amongst mental health professionals, centering the experience of African American patients and clinicians, and caring for underserved populations.
