Advancing the Workforce
The workforce strategy and initiatives team at Resilient Georgia aims to increase trauma-informed care and advance the workforce through recruitment, retention, education, and development.
Workforce Committee
The Resilient Georgia Workforce Committee guides program implementation, reviews workforce needs, and supports local adaptation across Georgia and other participating states. The committee includes representatives from academic partners, behavioral health organizations, employers, and community stakeholders.
